Rest assured, you’ll our estimators are prompt, professional, and competent in determining the most affordable designs, materials, and construction methods for creating a high-quality outdoor living space. We typically recommend composite materials for all our projects. They are zero-maintenance and last for years to come. 02. DESIGN & PERMITTING PHASE
We use industry-leading design software to create complimentary architectural drawings for your project. This is an especially crucial service because it helps you to quickly and seamlessly attain a building permit from your local permitting authority. If your contractor isn’t willing to do engineered drawings or permits, run away as fast as you can (and call us!) This is just another way that we prove that we don’t cut corners…Your project will be built to pass and/or exceed building codes. Our drawings and our work prove it!
03. BUILDING PHASE
Once your project is permitted, approved, and scheduled, WE WORK QUICK (and safely). We do this full-time. Our carpenters and tradesmen typically complete outdoor projects in a matter of days. We don’t cut corners. Unlike the other guys, we stay off our cell phones and put in a full day of work. Because we’re a family-owned business, Mark (the owner) is routinely on-site to ensure that your designs and expectations are continually being met (or exceeded).
04. CLEAN-UP PHASE
It really is amazing how many contractors forget this phase…Construction is messy! We clean up our messes to your satisfaction. If we accidentally crush a rose bush, we’re going to be there planting a new one in the spring! We value the patronage of our customers and we understand that the majority of our business is through word-of-mouth. That means we’ll do what it takes to make it right.
